Jeannine d'Estries attended SUNY Geneseo where she received her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She spent many years working with children and adults with speech, language, swallowing and other cognitive disorders. She went on to study alternative medicine and massage therapy and taught Anatomy and Physiology at the Finger Lakes School of Massage for 12 years. Deciding to integrate both alternative and traditional medicine, Jeannine returned to school for nursing. After several years working as an ICU and addiction recovery nurse, she received a Master's Degree in Nursing from Upstate Medical University. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she aims to provide personal, integrative and compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Jeannine lives in the Ithaca area with her family. She raises bees, chickens and helps to manage an organic apple farm in her spare time.
